A poet, fiction writer, literary critic, and a translator in Maithli, Prof Jha is accredited for developing and teaching the first online management development programs for IIM, Calcutta.
Education & Career
Prof Jha has a PhD in Organisational Behaviour from IIM, Ahmedabad and a Post Graduate Diploma from Institute of Rural Management, Anand, India.
He has also taught in innumerable in-company programmes for clients such as, Hindustan Lever Limited, L&T, Exide,Indian Oil Corporation, Direct Taxes Training Institute, National Mineral Development Corporation and Royal Danish Embassy (Bangladesh).
Prof Jha is currently an associate professor of Behavioural Sciences at IIM, Calcutta.
Books authored and co-authored
Prof Jha has authored and co authored many books. Some of the recent publications include Knowledge Management: An Overview; Quality Circles Beyond the Numbers- A View from Below; Quality Circle Implementation in India: An Alternative Viewpoint.
