How do you take men into battle without pay hikes or ESOPS !!
Pretty much everything that has been written about leadership and management – is based on the experiences of people fighting for the same resources. With that context, leadership in the armed forces faces challenges that are far beyond what corporates could ever encounter. Raghu draws lessons from the harsh battle fields of the Siachen Glacier where leaders have to battle perilous circumstances, extreme climates and morale - in addition to the enemy.
This two hour session has been appreciated as one of the best examples of leadership lessons that can transform ‘ordinary’ people into extraordinary teams.
