Mr. Santhosh Babu is a psychologist and Managing Director of Training Alternatives, a boutique organisation development firm. Training Alternatives focuses on Business linked interventions in the area of Change Management, Organisation Culture, Leadership development and Team Effectiveness. He addresses the CEO concerns using behavioural science knowledge to create engagement and ownership in every stake holder to bring about a positive change in organisations.

His strength is in doing business linked training and consulting interventions focusing on the people processes in organisations. In the past he has done interventions starting from vision, mission and strategy formation to skills building. He focuses more on transformational people interventions rather than transactional interventions.

He is trained in large group interventions, culture mapping tools, personality type theories and whole system change. He also does one to one coaching for business owners and CEO's.
